General Description & Responsibilities

Valorem is seeking an entry level recruiting coordinator to help organize and coordinate the day to day activities of the US based recruiting team.  Our recruiting coordinator will conduct first line resume reviews, schedule interviews and large scale interview loops, create interview packets, gather feedback for completed interviews and other duties as assigned by the Manager, Recruiting/Culture/Change Management.


  1. Respond to all incoming applicants via pre-designed form e-mail
  2. Schedule Interviews, as needed, via Outlook and Office365
  3. Create and distribute interview information to necessary leaders
  4. Create and gather feedback via automated feedback form
  5. Consolidate and Distribute Feedback to appropriate hiring managers
  6. Research, organize, and facilitate recruiting based events including user groups, hiring fairs, conventions, and college recruitment events
  7. Examine recruitment data and create digestible and relevant data tables for leaders upon request.
  8. Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Recruiting/Culture/Change Management


Minimum Qualification

  • Minimum of an Associates Degree from Regionally Accredited University
  • 1-3 years in technology or related field
  • 1-3 years in human resources or related field
  • 1-3 years in non-agency recruitment or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365 Tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.  Must have the ability to travel, sometimes with short notice.
