As UX Designer, you will be responsible for conceiving a UX/UI vision for rapidly evolving, multi-platform digital products, systems, and services.  You will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to create an excellent user experience for our customers. From user research to wireframes to detailed design, you will drive the entire design process to ensure our customers realize the most value from their products.

Additionally, the UX Designer is adept at high-level product thinking, defining problems, and designing well-thought out solutions. You will own and drive high-profile projects to completion with little oversight, collaborating with project partners across the company to deliver innovative experiences.

You will need to effectively articulate even the most abstract ideas, and strive to keep the lines of communication open at every point throughout the process. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong advocate for the design process and has a good handle on working with agile development methods.


  • Develop detailed product deliverables that effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements
  • Create user personas, user flows/user stories, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and style guides
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to design new product features and optimize existing features
  • Lead user testing to gain customer insights and optimize the user experience
  • Effectively communicate research findings, designs and design rationale
  • Iterate your designs based on feedback from customers and teammates
  • Effectively communicate concepts with authority and conviction
  • Ensure all digital creative aligns to overall client's brand vision
  • Use visual design methodologies such as color theory, composition, typography, iconography, etc. to create high level visual explorations and visual design solutions

Desired skills and experience:

  • 5+ years designing and developing digital user experiences
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of core user interaction design principles
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Efficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools, and diagramming tools
  • Solid understanding of technology platforms (Windows 8 and iOS), mobile and client

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.  Must have the ability to travel, sometimes with short notice.
