The Technical Project Manager III is responsible for the overall management and administration of client projects through the entire cycle. You may have other project managers assigned to their project, execute assigned projects to agreed time, scope, budget and quality following established process and delivery methodology. You may guide teams consisting of cross functional, global, and virtual groups; assigns responsibility and monitors performance and outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client goals, scope and expectations; articulate to team project purpose  
  • Establish a project schedule and manage to scope and budget  
  • Follow and execute upon established communication plan  
  • Provide meeting agendas, meeting notes and status/progress reports  
  • Manage assigned work and resources; coordinate efforts with assigned PM’s to ensure efficiency and maximum effectiveness  
  • Manage communications within project team and with stakeholder  
  • Monitor Progress and burn rates as a method for tracking and reporting progress  
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and clearly articulate options or next steps  
  • Continually drive project to completion while keeping client business goals and needs in focus  
  • Motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment 
  • Assist with the development and creation of statements of work to support growth of project  
  • Coach and mentor other project managers
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or a related field  
  • 5 years of technical project management experience 
  • 5 years of experience working with technical teams
  • 3 years in the professional services industry  
  • Travel Up to 10% if needed onsite at client
  • Requires experience as a software engineer using Modern technologies.

  • Familiar with Microsoft ecosystem
