Seattle, Washington Operations - Tech Ops Full Time

Duties: Provide day-to-day assistance to staff members to help resolve computer related issues.  Will form time-to-time work with remote control software to assist offsite employees. Assist employees with basic computer needs, new user setups, managing backups, security and passwords.  Regularly monitor software, hardware, security and connectivity issues.  Investigates and diagnoses network problems.   Manages, maintains and updates office printers, assist with asset management and tracking. The individual will be responsible for planning, installation, maintenance and documentation of all infrastructure hardware and software within the company’s organization including, VOIP server and phones Microsoft Servers such as Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Web, Team Foundation, Data Protection Manager, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service, MS DirectAccess etc.
 
Network, Windows Server infrastructure administration. Office 365 administration, Microsoft Exchange email, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Intune, Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft DirectAccess, Microsoft Visual Studio Online & other production tools administration. Operating system management and administration (Windows 10,7, 2016, 2012 & Mac). Windows Active Directory administration. WAN & LAN management. Cisco switches and routers administration. Windows Azure management. Asterisk VoIP server and phone implementation and management. IPsec VPN administration. pfSense firewall implementation, management and administration. Veeam backup system implementation, management and administration
 
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science; Information Technology or related field.  In addition, the incumbent must have five years of progressive experience in System and Network Administration (wired and wireless); MS Exchange Server Administration; MS Windows Administration and MS Windows Client Administration; MS Exchange Architecture; MS DirectAccess implementation and administration; VoIP Implementation and Asterick VoIP Administration; MS Skype/Lync and MS SharePoint Server Administration; Apple Macintosh Operating System Administration; Cisco Routing and Switching; and Management and Disaster Recovery. Of these five years, at least three years of experience in PfSense Administration and Veeam Backup System Administration. Criminal background check required.
