Valorem Reply is proud to announce that we have been named the 2025 Microsoft Inclusion Changemaker Partner of the Year, an honor that recognizes our ongoing commitment to using technology as a force for inclusion, accessibility, and human connection.
As a longtime Microsoft partner with all six Solutions Partner designations in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, we’re honored to be recognized once again for our impact. The Inclusion Changemaker award celebrates organizations that demonstrate how digital innovation can bridge divides, amplify diverse voices, and create a more inclusive world. At Valorem Reply, inclusion is a mindset woven into every solution we design and every partnership we build. Our work spans industries and continents, unified by a belief that technology should empower everyone to participate fully in the modern digital era.
“At Valorem Reply, inclusion isn’t just a value, it’s our mission,” said Ryan McCamy, Vice President Tech for Social Impact at Valorem Reply. “After being named Microsoft’s Nonprofit Partner of the Year in 2024, this year’s Inclusion Changemaker recognition reinforces our belief that technology’s greatest impact comes when it connects people, cultures, and ideas. We’re proud to help organizations use innovation to make the world more accessible and inclusive for everyone.”
What It Means to Be an Inclusion Changemaker
Being an Inclusion Changemaker means reimagining what’s possible when empathy meets innovation. It means designing digital experiences that transcend barriers—physical, cultural, and cognitive—and ensuring that every interaction with technology is an opportunity for greater connection and understanding.
From preserving humanity’s most treasured landmarks to expanding access to art, history, and opportunity, Valorem Reply continues to push the boundaries of inclusive design and accessible technology.
Bringing Inclusion to Life: Stories of Impact
Preserving History for All: The Vatican’s Digital Twin of St. Peter’s Basilica
As one of the world’s most iconic landmarks, St. Peter’s Basilica stands as a symbol of faith and art spanning centuries. In preparation for the 2025 Jubilee, Valorem Reply partnered on a groundbreaking initiative to create a digital twin of the Basilica—leveraging Azure services, photogrammetry, and immersive storytelling to bring this cultural treasure to life online. This experience allows millions worldwide to explore the Basilica virtually, uncovering layers of art, history, and spirituality that might otherwise remain out of reach. By blending tradition and innovation, we’re helping preserve one of humanity’s greatest landmarks for generations to come.
Making Art Accessible: Art Basel’s AI-Powered Discovery Experience
Art Basel’s global fairs have long connected artists, galleries, and audiences across continents. But in a digital age, the question became: how can we make art discovery more accessible and engaging for everyone? Together with Art Basel, Valorem Reply developed an Azure AI–powered art recognition feature for their mobile app. Visitors can now scan or upload images of artworks to instantly learn about the pieces, artists, and galleries—breaking down barriers to knowledge and deepening engagement with contemporary art.
Empowering Opportunity: Goodwill of Orange County’s AI-Powered Platform
Goodwill of Orange County has championed inclusion for more than a century, creating employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to work. To further that mission, Valorem Reply partnered with Goodwill to develop an AI-powered mobile app that automates product listings on ShopGoodwill.com. Using Azure AI, the app captures item photos, generates detailed descriptions, and streamlines the entire e-commerce workflow—making it easier for team members of all abilities to contribute meaningfully. This solution embodies technology’s power to unlock access and independence.
Enhancing Accessibility in the Arts: A Museum’s Vision for Inclusion
A world-renowned art museum partnered with Valorem Reply to explore how AI could make its vast collection more accessible to people with visual impairments. Using Azure OpenAI’s vision capabilities, we built a web application that generates descriptive text for artworks, giving online visitors a richer, more inclusive experience. This project redefines what it means to connect people, art, and history—ensuring that everyone, regardless of ability, can engage deeply with culture.
Remembering Through Innovation: The D-Day “Thread of Memory” Project
To honor the 80th anniversary of D-Day, the government of France collaborated with Microsoft and Valorem Reply to build a digital storytelling experience that brings this defining moment in history to life. Using Azure OpenAI, we developed interactive maps, visualizations, and an AI knowledge base that helps audiences explore key events from the Normandy landings to the Liberation of Paris. This blend of technology and remembrance helps preserve the stories of courage and sacrifice that shaped our shared history—and ensures they continue to inspire future generations.
A Shared Vision for Inclusive Innovation
From cultural preservation to accessibility, from workforce empowerment to education, Valorem Reply’s work reflects a simple but powerful truth: inclusion drives innovation. By partnering with Microsoft and organizations around the world, we’re creating digital experiences that connect us to each other—and to the stories that define who we are.
We’re honored by this recognition and are inspired to continue building solutions that reflect the world we want to see: connected, inclusive, and full of possibility.
